Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dozer Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to grade land, clear debris, and perform other tasks required for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dozers safely and efficiently in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Perform grading, leveling, and excavation tasks as required by project specifications.
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure the equipment is in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including site supervisors and other equipment operators.
- Report any equipment issues or hazards immediately to the site supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years experience as a Dozer Operator in a construction setting.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of dozer operation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments.
