We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Earthworks Boy. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in the construction industry and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in earthworks operations, including excavation, leveling, and backfilling.
• Support machine operators and site supervisors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
• Carry out basic manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in construction or earthworks is a plus but not mandatory.
