We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee concrete operations for our road construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing, and curing for road construction projects.
• Plan daily activities, allocate tasks, and ensure proper utilization of resources, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and train crew members, including contractors and laborers, to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding timelines and progress.
• Ensure timely delivery and placement of concrete materials in collaboration with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and inspections.
Qualifications:
• 5 Years Proven experience as a Concrete Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in road construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with road construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
