Position: Foreman

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Read and interpret project plans.
• Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and provide solutions.
• Maintain detailed site records, including work logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Relevant certification or trade qualification is an advantage.
