*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Operational Management:*
- Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and allocation of resources for catering and facility services.
2. *Staff Management:*
- Recruit, train, and supervise camp staff, including catering personnel and maintenance teams.
- Foster a positive team environment, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and support.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage for all operational needs.
3. *Catering Services:*
- Plan and supervise meal preparation and service, ensuring quality, nutritional standards, and variety in the menu offerings.
- Address dietary restrictions and special requests from clients promptly and professionally.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. *Facility Maintenance:*
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all camp facilities, including dining areas, kitchens, and recreational spaces.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external contractors as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
5. *Client Liaison:*
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve services and overall client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on camp operations, catering statistics, and client satisfaction metrics.
6. *Budget Management:*
- Assist in the development and management of the camp budget, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
