We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, fun, and efficient experience for guests and staff alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage daily park operations, ensuring all attractions, food outlets, and guest services run smoothly.
- Lead and motivate a team of ride operators, maintenance staff, customer service representatives, and other park employees.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and operational standards, conducting regular checks and risk assessments.
- Optimize staffing levels, train employees, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and park expenses.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations professionally.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure rides and attractions are in top condition.
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to execute promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on park performance, visitor numbers, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in an operations or management role, preferably in an amusement park, entertainment venue, or hospitality industry.
Computer Literacy: Very conversant with Microsoft suite, Outlook, etc.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Customer-Focused: Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can handle challenges effectively.
Safety-First Mindset: Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Hands-On Approach: Willing to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
