Site Identification and Analysis:
Identify and evaluate potential sites for new KFC restaurant locations, considering factors such as visibility, accessibility, demographics, and competition.
Conduct thorough market research to determine prime locations for expansion in line with KFC’s growth strategy.
Analyze and interpret market trends and customer data to guide site selection decisions.
Site Assessment:
Visit and assess potential sites, evaluating factors such as foot traffic, parking availability, surrounding infrastructure, and compliance with zoning regulations.
Liaison and Negotiation:
Act as the primary point of contact between KFC and property owners, landlords, and real estate developers to negotiate terms and secure favorable leasing or purchase agreements.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all lease agreements and property acquisitions comply with KFC's policies and standards.
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure that selected sites align with KFC’s brand, operational needs, and customer experience goals.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present detailed site reports, market analyses, and recommendations to senior management for approval.
Maintain an up-to-date database of all potential sites, completed transactions, and relevant market data.
