We're seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our pool patrons. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pool Surveillance: Continuously monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
2. Rescue and Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
3. Enforce Pool Rules: Ensure that pool patrons adhere to safety rules and regulations.
4. Maintain a Safe Environment: Perform regular safety checks on pool equipment and report any hazards or concerns to management.
5. Provide Customer Service: Assist patrons with questions, concerns, or requests, providing excellent customer service.
6. Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other lifeguards, pool staff, and management to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.
