Description
The Receptionist will serve as the face of the organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with a range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and capable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and common areas.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, such as preparing welcome materials.
- Order and manage office supplies and liaise with facility service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
