Shornaa Island Amusement Park is a premier destination for adventure, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the park’s reputation, engage with the media, and ensure that our story is told far and wide.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Public Relations Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the park’s image and visibility through creative PR strategies. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, build relationships with key media outlets, and coordinate public relations efforts that will generate buzz and positive media coverage for Shornaa Island.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute effective public relations strategies that promote Shornaa Island’s brand and image.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and newsletters that highlight the park’s news, events, and achievements.
• Organize and manage media interviews, press conferences, and other public events to ensure the park’s story is communicated clearly and effectively.
• Track and analyze media coverage and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the media and entertainment industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, with a preference for experience in the entertainment or tourism sectors.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Strong media relations experience, with a deep understanding of how to secure and manage media coverage.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
