Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documentation.
Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.
Implement and enforce safety, health, and housekeeping standards.
Track and report warehouse KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, dispatch time).
Train and support warehouse staff when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
