 Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Quality Assurance or a related field.  2+ experience in a quality control role.  Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies and tools.  Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills  Attention to detail and ability to work independently.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in water quality or oil and fat is an added advantage.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring, inspection and proposing measures to improve the manufacturing process and product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process items and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.


• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.


• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and quality metrics.


• Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.


• Handle general production activities if need be.


• Ensure all materials and equipment are in good condition and ready to be used for daily productions.


• Assist in the training and development of staff on quality standards and practices.


• Monitor and maintain quality documentation and records.


• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance the quality management system.
