Job Summary:
We are looking for a fresh Chemical Engineering graduate to join our team as an Assistant Production Supervisor. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to begin your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will receive hands-on training and be involved in daily production operations, process monitoring, and plant safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily plant operations and production processes
Learn and support production scheduling and shift management
Monitor process parameters under supervision and ensure proper documentation
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
Participate in quality checks and help ensure adherence to product specifications
Support the resolution of minor process issues and escalate concerns appropriately
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Maintain shift logs, production reports, and equipment records
Engage in on-the-job training to develop technical and supervisory skills
Follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines rigorously
Qualifications:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (completed recently or within the last 12 months)
Experience: No prior experience required (internships in chemical plants are a plus)
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of chemical processes and unit operations
Awareness of safety practices in chemical industries
