Description
Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its reputable clients to recruit a Training Manager for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Job Summary
The Training Manager runs our corporate and commercial training delivery programs. He/She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Company's training Unit while engaging with relevant corporate and other stakeholders to ensure effective development and delivery of the unit’s programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Learning Management System (LMS) of the training unit
- Lead and coordinate the creation and implementation of training programs
- Ensure that documents and records of training are maintained and controlled
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Set online training sessions and ensure they are run smoothly.
- Ensure documents are timely loaded and available to instructors and students
- Coordinate the training and certification of students with our partners
- Work with sales and marketing team to create and increase markets and sales
- Book classrooms for in-person training and ensure they are properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for instructors, students and related stakeholders
- Submit reports on training activities and results to management on regular basis
- Recommend new programs and improvements for the training unit
- Ensure staff, instructors and participants follow established policies
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by Management
