A Leading School Supplies Superstore in Ghana is looking for  a dynamic, results‑oriented Business Development Associate for immediate employment to join our Osu branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage schools and parents professionally to drive sales and build strong relationships


• Create and manage social media content (photos, videos, reels, TikToks) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & WhatsApp Business


• Respond to inquiries and convert them into sales


• Prepare short presentations for school outreach and promotions


• Use Excel for invoices, price lists, and basic reporting


• Support marketing and visibility initiatives


• Suggest creative ideas to grow sales and improve customer experience


• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store environment


• Track daily sales and provide end‑of‑day updates

Requirements:

• Results‑oriented and a true go‑getter


• Confident, with excellent communication and selling skills


• Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories)


• Basic Excel skills (invoicing, simple tables, price lists)


• Comfortable on camera and able to do short product presentations


• Creative, energetic, and eager to learn


• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
