Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for new and existing customers in the company's CRM System tool.
• Acquire & develop new markets for the company, make presentations and showcase the company’s products and services to both potential and existing customers.
• Deploy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to collate customers' information, feedback, and recommend areas of improvement in service/product delivery.
• Arrange periodic meetings and fora with clients to guarantee continued business patronage and improved service delivery.
• Maximize the sales and profitability of the company’s products/services to ensure corporate financial target is met.
• Support the design & implementation of appropriate business development strategies towards the sales of new/existing services to customers (potential & existing) in your market region.
• Close business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating SLAs with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop partnerships that enable the company to explore for new business opportunities.
• Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and Reports on business development activities and opportunities on a periodic basis and as when required for business considerations.
• Support in conducting marketing campaigns, attending conferences and exhibitions to increase the company’s recognition and visibility. • Conduct regular market research and prospecting to seek new and potential customers in company's target markets.
• Track and report status of potential opportunities that the company can harness or take advantage of in your market region.
• Support in the timely development and preparation of RFQs, RFPs, EoIs and Tender documents to clients and potential customers.
• Solicit customers' feedback and comments on our service delivery through the deployment of periodic onboarding and business service review survey forms.
• Work with internal stakeholder teams to achieve targeted & corporate business goals and objectives.
