We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Mobilization Officer to support our mission of conducting needs assessments and implementing developmental projects in deprived regions. Our focus areas include Christian nurturing, health, education, agriculture, and teen counseling. The ideal candidate will leverage their B2B sales experience to secure project funding and foster partnerships that enable the successful execution of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies to secure funding from corporations, foundations, and other potential donors.


• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including CSR projects, to support the organization’s programs.


• Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential corporate partners and donors.


• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and prepare detailed reports on the impact and outcomes of funded projects.


• Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor interactions.


• Work closely with the communications team to create marketing materials and campaigns that attract potential donors.
