Job Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company’s online presence across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage clients, and promote services. In the private security industry, the role involves communicating professionalism, trust, and reliability while sharing relevant content on security awareness, company activities, and client engagement.
The role also supports business development efforts by generating leads, managing online reputation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Promote the company’s services, achievements, and events to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to showcase company activities, staff achievements, and corporate culture.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Manage online reputation and address negative feedback professionally.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and promotions.
- Ensure all content aligns with company policies, confidentiality standards, and brand guidelines.
