Job Summary                 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, leading contract negotiations, and securing new business opportunities. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to successfully negotiate service rate reviews with clients while maintaining long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase revenue


2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans


3. Build a pipe-line of potential clients by developing an active network with key decision makers in target organizations /markets


4. Grow business with existing clients by selling new products and services of the company


5. Lead negotiations for contracts, renewals, and service rate reviews


6. Confidently justify and defend pricing adjustments during client rate review discussions


7. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations


8. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction


9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities


10. Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure service profitability


11. Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
