About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail showroom team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have an eye for design and lifestyle products, and take pride in helping clients find exactly what they need, this role is for you.
Our showroom features a wide range of products including sanitary ware, fittings, tiles, heating equipment, pool equipment, dinnerware, and lifestyle items—so every day brings something new to learn and sell.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Help clients choose suitable products (sanitary ware, tiles, fittings, pool equipment, dinnerware, lifestyle items)
Clearly and politely explain product features, uses, and pricing
Recommend, cross sell and upsell related products to increase sales
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
Ensure products are properly displayed and in good condition
Support stock management (arranging, checking, and reporting low stock)
Assist with client purchases and coordinate with the POS system
Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat clients
Work as part of a team and follow company policies
Stay informed about products, promotions, and new arrivals
What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset
Interest in home improvement, interior design, or lifestyle products
Basic computer skills (POS systems or sales software is a plus)
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
