Job Summary

The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, building relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services directly in assigned territories. The role involves meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products/services


• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Build and maintain strong client relationships


• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when needed


• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team


• Monitor competitors and market trends


• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates


• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers (if applicable)
