A leading company in the health, wellness, and direct sales industry is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Counter Executive to manage walk-in sales and front-desk operations. The Sales Counter Executive will be responsible for managing retail sales, processing customer orders, and delivering high-quality service to walk-in customers and distributors. The role requires a friendly, efficient, and sales-driven individual who can ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at the point of sale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Attend to walk-in customers and distributors in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote products and upsell where appropriate to drive sales
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Order Processing & Transactions
- Accurately process customer orders and payments
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
- Handle cash and POS transactions in line with company policies
Product Knowledge & Support
- Maintain a good understanding of product offerings to effectively assist customers
- Provide guidance on product selection based on customer needs
Front Desk Operations
- Ensure the sales counter area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage customer flow efficiently to minimize wait times
- Address basic inquiries and direct customers where necessary
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy and availability
- Escalate any issues or discrepancies promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or direct sales environments is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
