The Commercial Manager will lead sales and marketing activities within a specialized subsidiary focused on swimming pool construction and related services, operating under a broader real estate and construction group. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing end-to-end customer relationships. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, oversee project coordination between teams, and ensure timely and profitable delivery of projects. They will also analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and provide insights to support business decisions. This position requires a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and experience in sales or business development, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through marketing initiatives, referrals, and networking.
- Oversee the sales process for each project, ensuring effective coordination between sales, design, and technical teams.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in sales, business development, or commercial management, preferably
