Description
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Your role will involve crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies that resonate with our target markets. You will lead a dynamic team, develop key relationships, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop, lead, and execute sales strategies tailored to the HR services industry, focusing on recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries such as banking, healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and more, understanding their specific HR needs.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of customized sales presentations and proposals that address the unique challenges of each client’s workforce management.
- Set and monitor sales targets in alignment with company goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them consistently.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Design, lead, and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote Hotjobs Africa's HR services, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Create and supervise the development of industry-specific content for marketing, including case studies, white papers, and webinars that highlight successful HR solutions provided to clients.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, particularly on LinkedIn, and other professional networks, to attract and engage potential clients.
- Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, such as HR Directors, CEOs, and Business Unit Heads.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their HR challenges and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Regularly engage with clients post-service delivery to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services or long-term contracts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging HR needs, and competitive offerings.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on new service offerings, pricing strategies, and potential market expansions based on industry analysis.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals, and contracts within the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery, addressing any issues promptly.
