Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the publishing and printing industry, including publishers, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to the senior management team, including forecasts and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the publishing and printing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of publishing and printing processes, trends, and client needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Results-driven: A self-starter with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
