1. Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities of Branch/ Depot
2. Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction.
3. Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company objective to ensure maximum growth & profitability.
4. Evaluating Branch/depot performance & making action plans.
5. Conducting regular Training & counseling for team members to build motivation & improve selling skills.
6. Manage branch.
7. Responsible for team management.
8. Handle customer/dealer complaints.
9. Achieve growth vis-a-vis targets by executing the sales strategy. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and keeping abreast the current market trends & building a strong product position in the market
10. Prepare the annual sales and marketing budget and ensure achievement of such budgeted figures
11. Develop strategy for dealer network expansion and appoint new dealer
12. Build & Manage relationship with dealers, ensure a personal rapport with different top dealers
13. Ensure all complaints and issues from dealers/distributors are attended properly and addressed in shortest possible time
14. Manage the logistics arrangement smooth supply of all finish goods to all Depots, C&FA to ensure there is enough material available in market to meet customer demand, ensure timelines, damage percentage, cost is adhered
15. Conceptualize & implement sales promotional activities such as painter/Dealers meet & demonstration as a part of brand building & market development effort.
16. Sale forecasting for the territory on a monthly & annual level.
17.Analyze & review the market response/ requirements & communicating the same to the sales teams for coming up with new launches.
