EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
• A minimum of 4-5 experience as a Business Development Manager with a background in Business Development and B2B Sales
• Proficiency in English and French
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Description
Our client, a market leader in the automotive industry is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to help generate sales for the company.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase vehicle sales, improve customer satisfaction and manage business relationships with suppliers and other partners within the international wholesale markets. He or she will perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore new geographies and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and report to the Head of Department on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly & quarterly plans and meet the requirements
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the industry, including new models, features, and accessories.
Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
