A leading company in the electronics and industrial equipment sector is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development activities in the Western and Central Regions. The ideal candidate must reside in Takoradi or Cape Coast, possess strong B2B sales experience, and maintain active relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors in the region.
Promote company products and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Monitor collections and ensure prompt payment from clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–4 years of sales experience in electronics, electricals, hardware, or industrial machinery.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must reside in Takoradi or Cape Coast.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with regional markets and customer networks.
Ability to work independently and travel within the Western and Central regions.
