The Sales Consultant will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing qualified leads, advising clients, and closing high-value real estate transactions within the luxury property segment. This role is suited for a commercially driven professional with proven experience in selling premium real estate products, particularly off-plan developments, and engaging high-net-worth individuals and investor networks. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire property acquisition lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end sales of luxury residential and mixed-use developments, from qualified lead engagement to deal closure.
- Engage, qualify, and nurture leads from both internal and external sources.
- Leverage personal and professional networks, including high-net-worth individuals and investor communities, to generate and convert opportunities.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand investment goals, preferences, and financial capacity.
- Present property offerings through presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.
- Advise clients on pricing, payment plans, development timelines, and return on investment.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a premium client experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth and diaspora clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, and project teams) to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on:
- Off-plan developments, and
- Luxury or high-end residential/commercial properties.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value property transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Real Estate or Sales are an added advantage.
- Experience working with diaspora clients, international buyers, or cross-border investors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, property development cycles, and off-plan sales structures.
- Established network or access to high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage.
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- High level of professionalism, credibility, and commercial awareness suited to a luxury market environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and perform in a target-driven role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel when required.
