Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail and wholesale distributions, and ensuring our products are widely available and well-positioned in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Identify and acquire new retail and wholesale accounts to meet monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shop owners, distributors, and vendors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback to management.
- Distribution Oversight: Ensure consistent product supply and excellent shelf visibility across all assigned territories.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, specifically within the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong persuasiveness, negotiation, and professional selling abilities.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
