The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong background in sales management within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
⦁ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
⦁ Mentor and develop sales team members, providing training and performance evaluations.
⦁ Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
2. Strategic Planning:
⦁ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
⦁ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
⦁ Set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, and monitor performance against these metrics.
1. Client Relationship Management:
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
⦁ Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
⦁ Develop tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
2. Business Development:
⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
⦁ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
⦁ Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
3. Sales Operations:
⦁ Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
⦁ Ensure the effective use of CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
⦁ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Experience:
⦁ Minimum of 4 years experience in sales management, preferably in the security industry.
⦁ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
⦁ Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Compensation:
• Monthly net salary range of Ghc4,000 – Ghc5,000
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
