Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Analyze global market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify new markets and establish business relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in different regions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
- Manage documentation and logistics for exporting goods.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee daily export sales operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Business Development:
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and generate leads.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness in target markets.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the export sales budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of export sales professionals.
