• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities


• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met


• Monitor staff performance and enforce quality standards


• Ensure efficient use of materials, machines, and manpower


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment


• Prepare daily and weekly production reports


• Identify and resolve production challenges promptly

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of HND/Diploma

Required Experience: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Salary range: GHS 3,000 per month
