responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a plastic manufacturing facility. The role requires ensuring minimal downtime of machines and equipment, while adhering strictly to safety and quality standards.

JOB DUTIES

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and control panels.


• Install and commission electrical components for new machinery and production lines.


• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in production equipment such as extruders, blow molding machines, injection molding machines, and recycling units.


• Perform wiring, cable routing, and circuit board testing.


• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance logs, and daily activity reports.


• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.


• Collaborate with production and mechanical teams to reduce downtime and improve performance.


• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.


• Participate in energy-saving projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Support the installation and configuration of electrical parts of automation systems.
