Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Proficiency in cost management, budget creation, and ensuring events are delivered "on-budget."
Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Technical skill in sourcing partners and negotiating contracts to ensure high service standards and cost-efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures relevant to the events industry.
Analytical Reporting: Ability to track and report on specific KPIs, including error rates, client satisfaction scores, and team responsiveness.
