1. Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.


2. Assist in monitoring workflow and material usage to avoid delays.


3. Coordinate daily manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing levels across production lines.


4. Work closely with supervisors to adjust labour resources based on production priorities, absences, or urgent work orders.


5. Communicate effectively with quality control and warehouse teams.


6. Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and job tracking.


7. Prepare and distribute daily production reports and documentation.


8. Respond to changes in production plans and help implement corrective actions.


9. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality regulations.
