Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight:
   
   
   • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
   
   
   • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
   
   
   • Ensure adherence to quality standards, production procedures, and safety regulations.
   
   
   
   


2. Team Leadership:
   
   
   
   • Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
   
   
   • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
   
   
   • Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance issues promptly.
   
   
   
   


3. Resource Management:
   
   
   
   • Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
   
   
   
   


4. Quality Control:
   
   
   
   • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
   
   
   
   


5. Safety Compliance:
   
   
   
   • Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
   
   
   
   


6. Reporting and Documentation:
   
   
   
   • Work closely with production supervisor to generate production reports, documenting key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management.
   
   
   • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and equipment maintenance.

   • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
   
   
   • Implement best practices to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
