Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tour Manager who is responsible for planning,
organizing, and overseeing travel itineraries for groups or individuals.
The candidate will ensure smooth execution of tours, manage logistics, and provide exceptional
customer service throughout the journey. The role also involves both office-based planning and on-the-ground
coordination during tours.
Key Responsibilities:
Tour Planning & Coordination
Design and organize travel itineraries based on client preferences.
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities.
Liaise with local guides, vendors, and service providers.
Client Interaction
Provide pre-tour briefings and support during travel.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Ensure client satisfaction and safety throughout the tour.
Logistics & Operations
Manage bookings and reservations.
Monitor budgets and control costs.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards.
On-Tour Management
Accompany groups during travel (if required).
Resolve on-the-spot issues and adapt plans as needed.
Maintain records and prepare post-tour reports
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in travel coordination or tour management.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in travel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently.
Knowledge of popular destinations and travel trends.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Valid passport and driver’s license (if applicable).
