A Reputable Construction and Engineering company in Tema /Accra is seeking to recruit.

Job Description

• Co-ordinate with other relevant departments i.e. Procurement, Account/Finance, Planners and Engineers all Inbound spare parts (material information), Outbound and Customer returns as the company system policy and procedure requires.


• Record specific details (part number, sku, quantity) and share Daily report of INBOUND, RETURNS and OUTBOUND with Warehouse Manager via email.


• Prepare and issue Delivery Note (Waybill) for all customer request, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for all in-coming parts and material via SOHO (ERP) within 24 hours.


• Inspect, Sort items into respective components with regards to Delivery note, Packing List or Invoice before putting away slot.


• Co-ordinate weekly and End of Month physical Stocks (Inventory) count with Account / Finance, Audit Department.


• Ensure all parts and relevant material are Tag with right name, Part Number and quantity through 5S methodology.


• Ensure at all course that staff members, customers, Third-party (3P) and other members are incident free as far as safety is concerned.


• Laisse with Procurement department for sourcing and import of all spare parts to prevent Out-of-stocks
