Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Basic knowledge of digital tools for virtual learning (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)

Description
The Course Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of training programs, ensuring a seamless learning experience for participants. This role involves coordinating course logistics, managing student records, liaising with instructors, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Course Administration & Coordination
- Schedule and organize training courses, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Coordinate venue bookings, training materials, and online learning platforms.
- Assist in course registration, enrollment, and confirmation processes.
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of students, instructors, and training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and course outlines.
Student & Instructor Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Provide administrative support to instructors, including preparing teaching materials.
- Ensure all participants receive pre-course information, certificates, and feedback forms.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during training sessions.
Records & Compliance Management
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and course completion status.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and organizational policies.
- Assist in preparing reports on course effectiveness and student performance.
Technology & Learning Management System (LMS) Support
- Manage and update course content on the LMS or other online training platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online training and participant access.
- Support the implementation of digital learning tools for enhanced course delivery.
Communication & Marketing Support
- Assist in promoting training programs through emails, social media, and company websites.
- Develop and distribute course announcements, reminders, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate feedback collection and compile insights for continuous course improvement.
