JOB DISCRIPTION:
To prepare males for crew.
SKILLS & CONPETENCIES:
International Culinary skills,knife skills, ingredient knowledge,food safety, inventory management, menu development, budgeting etc.
JOB DUTIES:
Preparing of all meals and dessert for thr rig crew, requisitioning food stock inventory.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
SHS ( 4 very good passes) must have completed Culinary School, STCW certification, Bosiet certification, 3 years work experience on a rig.

Bosiet, Valid Passport, Yellow fever, Offshore medicals
