						Description
					
					We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and support the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
This role requires hands-on management, quick decision-making, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during shift
 - Coordinate and supervise front-of-house and/or kitchen staff as needed
 - Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns
 - Monitor food quality, presentation, and timing in collaboration with kitchen staff
 - Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
 - Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers
 - Support onboarding and training of new team members
 - Handle cash-outs, POS reports, and daily closing procedures
 - Communicate effectively with the management team about shift performance and issues
