Location: Shornaa Island Amusement Park, Accra

Position: Sales & Marketing Manger

Reports To: Park General Manager

Are you passionate about driving guest experiences, building strong brands, and leading sales growth? Shornaa Island Amusement Park, Accra’s premier international standard family leisure destination, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, sales, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase guest footfall.


• Drive direct sales for events, corporate packages, school excursions, and group bookings.


• Oversee brand communications, social media, and digital content creation.


• Establish partnerships with schools, hotels, agencies, and corporate organizations.


• Work with the Events Coordinator to promote and fill event slots.


• Lead, train, and supervise the PR/Communications Executive and future team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


• At least 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the service industry (leisure, hospitality, or events.)


• Strong digital marketing and brand-building expertise.


• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing campaigns.
