We are seeking a creative, skilled, and service-oriented Mixologist to join our high-end bar and pub team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, delivering a premium guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of beverage preparation and presentation. This role requires deep knowledge of mixology techniques, drink trends, flavor pairing, and customer service to provide guests with a memorable bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.
❖ Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus to enhance customer experience.
❖ Ensure accurate pouring, mixing, garnishing, and presentation of drinks.
❖ Recommend drinks to guests based on preferences and food pairings.
❖ Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
❖ Engage with guests to personalize their bar experience.
❖ Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
❖ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
❖ Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when needed.
❖ Adhere to company cash handling procedures and ensure accurate billing.
❖ Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as responsible alcohol service laws.
❖ Research and keep up to date with global cocktail trends and mixology techniques.
❖ Experiment with ingredients to develop creative new recipes.
❖ Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on mixology standards.
