We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Manager to oversee and coordinate all catering operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, supervising staff, ensuring excellent food quality, and delivering outstanding service for events and daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise all catering activities and events.
Design and update menus based on client needs, budget, and food quality standards.
Coordinate food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
Manage catering staff schedules, training, and performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement of catering supplies.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored catering solutions.
Manage catering budgets, cost control, and reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, quality meals, and professional communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Proven experience in catering management or a supervisory role in hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
Excellent customer service and team-coordination skills.
