We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and service-driven Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end bar and pub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a premium guest experience, managing staff, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, and driving revenue growth in line with the brand’s luxury ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the daily operations of the bar and pub, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflows.

❖ Maintain a clean, safe, and upscale environment at all times. ❖ Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently.

❖ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

❖ Deliver a five-star guest experience, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.

❖ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.

❖ Continuously improve service offerings based on guest preferences and market trends.

❖ Schedule shifts, delegate responsibilities, and manage team performance.

❖ Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistency and excellence

❖ Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and average spend per guest.
