The Bar Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This role includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  Greet guests warmly and take drink and snack orders promptly.

  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company procedures.

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.

  Handle cash, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

  Assist in setting up and closing down the bar each shift.

  Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and report to management when necessary.
