* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
* Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop event concepts, themes, and strategies that align with client goals and objective.
* Oversee the execution of events, including onsite coordination, logistics management, vendor supervision, and client support, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for each project, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
* Use feedback and insights to refine processes, enhance services, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of event projects and client relationships.
