Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the food service or retail industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables). Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Familiarity with ERP systems and databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The MIS Executive will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and managing critical operational and financial data to support decision-making processes at KFC. This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of reports, dashboards, and insights related to store operations, sales, inventory, and financial performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Data Management & Reporting:

  
  
  • Collect, organize, and process large sets of operational and financial data from various sources (e.g., store systems, inventory management, sales data).
  
  
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory levels, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  
  
  • Maintain and update MIS systems and databases for real-time access to performance metrics.

  Data Analysis & Insights:

  
  
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  
  
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team for improving business processes, profitability, and efficiency.

  Dashboard Management:

  
  
  • Design and maintain dashboards for visual representation of key business metrics.
  
  
  • Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have easy access to real-time data through user-friendly dashboards and reports.

  System and Process Improvement:

  
  
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance MIS tools and reporting capabilities.
  
  
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance the efficiency of reporting and data analysis workflows.

  Data Integrity & Accuracy:

  
  
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  
  
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather accurate data and ensure timely updates.

  Stakeholder Communication:

  
  
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with various internal departments, including operations, finance, HR, and senior management.
  
  
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to interpret and use MIS reports and dashboards effectively.

• Daily Sales / Void & Error Correct Summary Report.


• Product outage Report.


• • Inter Store Transfer. 


• • Creating of Clock-in code for new team members.


• • Creating of Recipe and update recipe for all menu items.


• • Coordinating with Micros to resolve all issues with regards to Mymicros and Myinventory.


• • Any other duties that may be assigned
