HR/ADMIN MANAGER
As the HR & Admin Manager, you will oversee all HR and administrative tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with the park’s objectives, manage day-to-day administrative operations, and contribute to a thriving workplace environment that supports the growth and well-being of all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff to support the park’s seasonal and year-round operations.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and attendance tracking to ensure timely and accurate HR administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Lead initiatives for employee engagement, performance reviews, and professional development to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including office management and support for other departments.
• Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning, ensuring sufficient staffing for high-demand periods.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and supporting emergency preparedness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR and administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced or customer-focused industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-focused approach.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, team management, and organizational development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays, especially during peak seasons.
